Application Process for 2024/2025

Step 1: Pre-Registration Form

Families interested in applying to Creekford Academy must complete the Pre-Registration form that is available here on our website. The digital copy can be filled out and submitted online.

*Any enrolments that occur after the beginning of the school year require payment in full*

Step 2: Student Visit

After reviewing the Pre-Registration form, Creekford Academy staff will contact you in order to set up a student visit. This will be short meeting where we can get to know your child further.

Parents are not required to say for this visit, as we would like an opportunity to interact solely with your child. You are welcome to stay on site and explore the vast property, or come back to pick your child up at the end of the visit.

Step 3: Registering Your Child

In order to finalize the enrollment of your child at Creekford Academy, you will receive our registration package. This package contains a variety of important information and forms, including emergency contacts, medical history, payment options, freedom of information, and assumption of risks.

These forms, along with the required deposit and listed enclosures must be returned directly to Creekford Academy.
